A manually adjustable tensioner consisting of a lever and base made of high quality aluminum (440MPa). Both parts have cogged faces. Units can be manually adjusted. The 2 parts can be assembled at every 15 degrees of rotation of all 360 degrees available. This means 24 positions between base and lever, plus the adjustment slot. Can take a variety of different tensioning attachments. Base has a slot to block rotation of body.
