The non sealing air chucks employ a <147>“check valve<148>” which will not seal the opening of the chuck when pressurized; however, it will open the core on the tyre valve creating an <147>“opening<148>” between the chuck and tyre. Therefore, a non sealing air chuck should be used on a gauged airline in order to function properly.
